Yoga for Weightlifters

Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. 

Yoga is an excellent practice to add to any weightlifter’s routine. It can reduce soreness, stiffness, range of motion, increase circulation, help prevent injury, increase endurance and can lead to even more effective follow-up workouts. This class is suitable for all levels.

Healthy Back

Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

A basic yoga class with emphasis on poses that will create good posture and better spine health. Stretching specific muscles will give room for the spine to move freely, where strengthening the core and back muscles will play a big part in creating support and stability for the spine. This class brings the perfect balance of stretch and strength, as well as a bit of peace for the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yin Flow

Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

This class combines the qualities of a Flow Yoga sequence with the calming benefits of a Yin practice. The practice begins with a slow and intentional sequence of poses to build strength, stability, courage, floor work and breath work. You then begin passive postures with longer holds. These longer-held poses focus on opening up the body’s connective tissue to create mobility and flexibility in the body and tranquility in the mind. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga Flow

Saturday at 9:15 a.m.

A challenging morning strengthening flow class where students will learn to connect movement with their breath with a focused and controlled motion. This vinyasa-style practice is perfect for anyone looking to build strength, stability, and mobility.
